Are you that person that has been dabbling in meat alternatives? What about saying no to a straw? Or no to a plastic bag? Or are you that person that is trying their best at avoiding sulphates and phosphates in shampoos? Reaching out for those all-natural products? Non-GMO? What about organic? Or strictly shopping at Farmer’s Markets?

Everything is a great start. But as you can see, there is so much more darkness to uncover! So much more to learn and so many more ways to do just a little bit better.

Have you ever asked whyyyy you are doing this? How does your action actually help? I’ll go through all that I know with you.

“There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we know we don’t know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don’t know we don’t know.”

- Donald Rumsfeld

Next start date: 01 OCtober

What to expect.

All you need is about 20 minutes a day, for manageable, interactive, digestible knowledge chunks. On the weekends, you will have homework in the form of documentaries, audits of your home.

You will need an internet connection and a smart device. I will be sending you links to Podcasts, YouTube, and Netflix. If you don’t have Netflix, all documentaries I have chosen are available when you channel the spirit of Jack Sparrow.
